Chatbot or Mini App: which one you need
Before building a Telegram bot, we pin down the task. If a few buttons are enough for a customer to order, pick a time or get an answer, a simple chatbot will do: it launches faster and costs less. If you need a photo catalog, filters, a cart and a personal account, you need a Telegram Mini App — a full app inside Telegram that doesn't have to be installed.
Often the two work together: the order is placed in the Mini App, and the bot sends status updates and connects the customer to an operator. Orders land in the admin panel and in your Telegram group. The code, server and bot account are registered in your name — we don't charge a subscription fee.
